FOX and NFL REDZONE Concurrent Stream Restricted to 1 instead of 3.
Sundays are horrible with DirecTV Stream. I know that I am allowed 3 concurrent streams - either in home or out of home - with each of the Redzone Channel and FOX. Last week and yesterday, I received errors of "Too Many Streams" and could not watch FOX or REDZONE either in home or out of home when there was 1 stream out of network on both channels, The only way to fix it is to have the out of home stream stop, and it would allow 2 in home streams. Technical support could not help, asking to reset our boxes, log in and log out, which we did. Anyone have any ideas on how to "solve" this problem or are you having the same problem and have ideas on a solution?

Thanks for responding.
My comments are:
Your document does not show a fix for DirecTV showing an error for in home streams when 1 stream is connected out of network. Essentially, what I have found is that on "restricted" networks like FOX, you can watch 3 concurrent streams in home, or 1 stream out of home, but not 3 total out of home/in home. This problem has happened 2 weeks in a row, and there appears to be NO fix.
Further, your document confirms what I was told originally, that the unlimited streaming plus 3 out of network streams (2 attached to a TV) applies to NFL Redzone.
2) NFL Redzone is not mentioned in this article. I was told when we added NFL Redzone that it had the same restrictions as, say ESPN - unlimited in home and 3 out of home streams. That creates a problem for us that is separate from my original post. It's either that
a) NFL Redzone does not have a 3 stream limit regardless of location or:
b) If NFL Redzone does have a 3 stream limit regardless of location DIRECTV is not communicating that to it's customers.
Here is the list of networks that have concurrent stream limitations in the document you referenced:
Watch on the go
Enjoy up to three streams at the same time on mobile or streaming devices away from your home network. A maximum of 3 streaming devices can be accessed out of home.
Keep in mind: Only two streaming devices connected to a TV can be accessed out of the home. For example: one Gemini (DIRECTV) device and one Firestick.
Network exclusions
Some networks only allow you to have three streams at the same time. This includes both watching in your home or on the go. These networks include:
Please advise a fix, or advise how to help with this issue, and explain the Redzone limitations if it's the same as FOX or different. If it's the same, both Fox and REDZONE are both not working properly as once a stream is connected outside of the home, it's the only one that will work, and once a stream is connected in home, no out of home stream will work.

Just spent 3 hours "PM" with the DirecTV Team. They told me
1) They don't know how many concurrent streams you can have with REDZONE - eventhough the information they provided does not state that it is included in the limitations like FOX, STARZ and NHL Network.
2) They have NO ANSWER as to why 1 out of network stream locks out in network (aka In Home) streaming.
I believe that they say go to PM so that these posts are not public so people can see them. I am extremely disappointed in DirecTV Customer Service.
All that being said, anyone else having this problem? How do we solve it?
2 Issues:
1) One Cellphone watching FOX will stop anyone in my house from being able to watch FOX. FOX has a clearly stated 3 stream limit regardless of location, but it appears to be limited to 1 outside the home and that restricts even in home access.
2) Any idea on why DirecTV has a 3 stream limit on REDZONE though it isn't stated anywhere that it's limited to 3 streams?

NFL Network quotes:
"You may only use a maximum of three simultaneous streams of NFL Network and, if applicable, NFL RedZone, at any time regardless of the number of devices that you are permitted to use to access NFL+ and NFL+ Premium."

I have DirecTV Stream. Not NFL+ or NFL+ Premium (which includes Redzone). You Tube has unlimited streams with their 4K Plus pack in home for their standalone Redzone channel.

Read "You may only use a maximum of three simultaneous streams of NFL Network and......".
I have YouTube TV with the 3 stream limit. Do they offer unlimited... I don't know, but don't need them. If so, then great. Suggest you go to YouTube TV then.

You Tube TV doesn't offer a channel I watch in my home city - Chicago - for the Cubs - Marquis Network. If you have You Tube TV, there is a 4K Plus feature that adds unlimited IN HOME streaming and 3 out of home streams for all channels.
My issue is as I stated in the post above is that DirecTV is not posting or providing information on the 3 stream limit. In fact, it says otherwise, providing the channels that have the limit (FOX, NHL Network, STARZ) but omitting REDZONE assuming REDZONE has a limit on DirecTV Stream.
The other issue is that i get a "TOO MANY STREAMS" error when only 1 device is out of home and ANY device in home tries to connect. The out of home device has to stop streaming for in home to stream, and then the out of home cannot connect. DirecTV Cannot give me a straight answer as to what is going on. It's frustrating. Yes, I can change providers, but I've done that once already going to DirecTV Stream. I was hoping that there is a fix for the REDZONE and FOX issue and that the REDZONE allows unlimited in home streams..... Would like a definitive answer rather than my trial and error.
