Gemini 1
I have Fire TV and the HDMI is no longer reading the Gemini 1 box . It use to now it does not. It's not the HDMI on my TV because it connects to other devices. It is not the box becasue it works on another TV. does anyone have any advise?

Hello, @jpspren4 we would recommend changing the HDMI. Make sure it’s firmly connected to your device and to the HDMI or composite connector on your TV. If so, try changing the HDMI cable to a different port, and swap out the HDMI cable with 2.0 or higher - use the provided HDMI cable. You can also remove any HDMI switches so HDMI connects DIRECTV to the TV directly. Be sure to check the input (or source) that your device is connected to. Or, try a different input. I have tried different HDMI port and switched to a different cable and different inputs. Does Directv Gemini not work with Firetv?
