Guide stuck on two weeks ago

Our guide is stuck on April 24th at 1:30 AM. and it's 5/16 at 2:14 pm. I have reset the box 3 times, unplugged the ethernet, and used two different WIFI, and still won't update. Any Ideas?

U try the red button reset? Restart your internet modem/router as well. Also, try hard wiring it to your internet router instead of using wifi.

I had to factory reset the box. Only way to fix it. Thanks to everyone that helped.

Model c71kw-400 says connected and all the wifi and ethernet but fails the network test. Another box in the bedroom works fine.
