HBO Max, Showtime etc. 30 Day trial

I signed up for the Choice package and it should have 30 days of the premium on demand.  How do I access these? 

For HBO Max I downloaded the app but I cannot login to the app using DirectTV or ATT?

Shouldn't the other on demand movie channels be available?

What do I need to do to get these to work?

Actually I just tested on my PC and "AT&T" worked for HBO Max. Appears There is no DirecTV Stream.

Also, login to your account and verify that your subscription includes HBO Max and Showtime.

Showtime channels should appear in your guide and you should have access to the app also

I went to myatt account overview.  There is a HBO Max section but when I press the "Add HBO MAX" button nothing happens.

Showtime doesn't show up in my channels - do I have to "add" these individual packages?  If I do it says it will start charging me right away for them?
