HBO Max
I signed up for the ultimate package when things went to Direct TV streaming with the understanding that it included HBO Max.
Attempts to sign in end up with "Can’t Verify Your Subscription ... ". I tried using both AT&T and DirectTV as providers. My account information is correct. Anyone?

All I can find is that the promo is
Get the first 3 months of HBO Max™ included
Stream at hbomax.com or download the HBO Max app, choose your provider (DIRECTV), then sign in with your DIRECTV user ID and password.
