HDR - option says HDR not supported on Phillips 4K TV
Two things are going on here
1. DirectTV Stream channels are all of sudden dark however when I switch over to the apps the tv shows its normal resolution
2. Also I checked the HDR settings to turn it off and back on. I set the HDR to off the box restarted however when I attempted to set it back to HDR it is now saying HDR is not supported on this device. This TV supports HDR. I purchased this tv about 4 months ago
3. Again the apps are working fine Netflix, Disney, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video but whenever I revert back to Live TV all of the channels are not showing correctly.
Any help or guidance will be appreciated. I don't think there is anything wrong with my TV Device but something is definitely wrong with the streaming channels. Thanks in advance with any help you can provide.

Personally, I think the picture looks better with the HDR off. But if you want to have it on maybe try a red button reset on the side of the box--or---unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in.

Most folks prefer the video quality with HDR OFF.
