Hisense TV down volume issue on remote
I have directv stream and Hisense TV. Directv remote works perfectly except when I hit the down volume button. When I do that the picture mode screen for the TV comes up on the left hand side of the screen. Any idea how to fix this?

Not having issues with the ap. Having issues with the directv remote and my Hisense TV. When you hit the down volume on the Directv remote, the TV mode / screen adjustment menu from the TV pops up on the left side of the screen.

Thank you for sharing this again. Have you tried unplugging the HDMI cable from the back of your TV and then plugging it back in? If you haven't, I highly recommend doing so. Also, ensure that it's firmly connected to your device and your TV's HDMI or composite connector. After performing the steps above, try pressing the down volume button to see if the picture mode reappears on the side of your TV screen. We appreciate your efforts to fix this issue.

Go thru remote setup for your Hisense again. Instead of saying the volume up down works just say no so it uses the next code.
