How can we fix my location zip code?

I've called tech support 13 times and spent 11-12 hours on the phone, but my location zip code keeps changing to my old billing zip code. I can't watch local channels. Each call I'm assured that my current billing zip code is correct, but the local channels are showing a completely different state. I've done reboots, resets, installed new devices, etc. No one at directv stream has a solution. Should I give uo and switch to youtube or dish network?

Go to the Dtv stream website--into your account details and billing and look to see if your billing zip code is correct.

If you are using a DirecTV Stream box:
Go to "Settings/System/General/Location" and make sure your Location is set to on. 

If you have a Fire Stick or Roku:
Go to "Settings/Preferences/Home Settings/" Connect Home Location and if needed do "Set New Home Location"

Not sure if this will be your answer, but something you can try.

I've called tech support 13 times . Checking the billing zip code and home location settings was done every call. The problem is the cached location zip from an old billing address is over riding my current billing and location zip code.

Plenty of people move/change address and don't have your issue.
