How to add a favorite team?

Go to Search, and do a search on the team you want to record games for. When the logo comes up, select it. Next screen select "Record Team" or "Add to My Teams".

It's under the "sports" tab on the menu. Go to sports then scroll down to "my teams"

Was just added in the last update.

OK.  I have favorite teams added, but no recordings are being made automatically.  There must be some way to actually activate this to happen.

Go to the sports tab---scroll down to the favorite team you chose---click it then hit "record team"

You can "record team" now you don't have to wait until there is a game.

Sure, I have done that now, but the team won't play until this Saturday.  It didn't work this past Saturday, but probably because I had added the team to the "my teams" list, but didn't hit that record button.  We shall see,

I have a message saying "My Teams Data Is Currently Unavailable, Please Check Back In An Hour". 

That message has been there for seven hours.  How does this work?

Which device? If it is the Dtv Stream box restart. Other devices uninstall and reinstall the app

Home based Genie receiver.  Restart meaning push the little red button?  Did that and it didn't resolve it.  Thought it might just take a while for things to populate but it's been over half a day.
