Nope, that’s not possible. Only programs set to air in the next 14 days can be scheduled. However, if you are referring to a SERIES recording of a show, this IS possible as long as you have future airings on.
Guide data only goes up around 14 days. You can also search the show if it's not the first season the other seasons will be there and u can set up a series recording.
