If you get a VPN and set it to a USA server then you can use this service when overseas. The other option if you don't want to subscribe to a particular VPN is to use the Opera web browser which has a built in VPN. 

Use of a VPN should not be used to bypass functionality of the service. In fact, the service T&C restricts the use of a VPN to evade copyright rules. If detected, they may suspend the service for the violation.
