I can't pause for over 10 or 15 minutes
When I pause a live or on demand show for more then 10 or 15 minutes, it goes back to live when I click on play. There is nothing to rewind or get back to the on demand show abd this is gappening pretty regular. I an using the DirectTV streaming box, using an ethernet connection.

Hello, having issues while streaming your favorite content is not a great experience, this can be related to a network failure.
