I phone 13 Streaming access issue - code 8011
When I try to access streaming on my i phone 13 pro I get error code 8011 which states I no longer have an account. I am a current subscriber and stream through my computer at work. I rebooted the Directtv app and that did not help. any help with I phone access would be appreciated.

Are you a subscriber to both the satellite and streaming services? Are you using the same credentials for both services?
