Intermittent Internet
Every now and then our stream stops and network diagnostics comes on and tells me no signal. I turn the TV off, wait a while, turn it back on and it works. When I test separately my signal is strong. I lose about 5-10 minutes of my program. Annoying. How do I stop?

What streaming device do you have? Is your Internet intermittent on other devices as well?

Every now and then my computer will lose the internet connection for a very short period of time.

That doesn't sound like a DirecTV issue. You'll want to contact your internet service provider.

I've had this happen a few times in the last year (not lately) with my Dtv Stream box. To fix the issue--restart your internet modem and the Dtv Stream box.
