Intermittent Sound Disruption streaming on Roku Ultra
I'm having intermittent sound disruption while streaming the Directv app through my Roku Ultra 4660 model. Does anyone know a fix for this? It does not happen while streaming other services (even YouTubeTV). This is running on a Samsung Smart TV.

I would try uninstalling the Directv Streaming App and making sure that your Roku's software is up to date then reinstall. Also, you cannot go by how other apps are streaming they all have different software and updates and stream differently even though you are using the same device.

My Roku is updated with latest software and I uninstalled the DirecTV app and reinstalled. The sound issue persists.

Can you try your Roku on a different TV to see if the problem still happens when plugged into a different TV?

See if this helps if you go into your Roku Sound Settings and try changing the settings like this.
Settings/Audio/Streaming audio format to Dolby
Settings/Audio/Digital output format/Custom - Dolby
Hopefully, this will help your sound issue!
