iPad Pro full screen and p in p
Hello,
just got an iPad Pro 11” and notice two issues:
1) no picture in picture
2) it’s not full screen so I have to see the time/date/battery level at all times.
can these be fixed ?

Hi @dselevan, thanks for reaching us!
The Picture in Picture feature is exclusively available with Genie DVR for DIRECTV Satellite.
You can turn on the feature by following these steps:
1. Press INFO on your remote control.
2. Select PiP.
3. Select On and Side by side. The current channel you're watching appears on the inset screen. The inset screen is the smaller screen and is on the right side in Side by Side view. The channel you were watching before appears on the full screen. The full screen is the bigger screen and is on the left side in Side by Side view.
On the other hand, we recommend you to check the app for updates, and uninstall and install the DIRECTV app as well to make sure you have the latest version, and the app uses your full screen.

Have you tried to uninstall and re install the app? also, you can check for iOS Updates in order to get the latest one.

Your comment is hard to read on my iPhone, it’s like there is a white box infront of it. Somehow the p in p worked today, but it still shows the time/battery level on the top of the screen so not true full screen I don’t think. Maybe something that can be worked on?
