Issue recording future programs

I recently changed the home location for DTVStreaming.  My local channels now show in the guide but when I try to record a program that's coming up at a future date and time, I get a message that says 'Can't record.  Program has already aired'.  But, the show hasn't aired yet.  This is only an issue when I try to record shows on local channels.  I can record future shows on non-local channels without issue.  Any ideas how to solve this?  Or how to reach a Tech Support person who can help?  The DTVStream folks I've talked with are clueless.
