Jumpy picture on live Bally Sports Sun events
The picture is fine during commercials and non-live shows. My Firestick is hard Ethernet cable connected to 500mb router from Frontier so it isn’t signal. (Edited per community guidelines)?

You don't say how your Fire Stick is connected via Ethernet. If you are using an adapter check the adapter, it could be going bad, or picking up Interference. If you have another one, try swapping them out, or, if you have a strong enough wifi signal using it on your Fire Stick and see if it corrects the problem.

@Bishoprzb, we're here to help.
Please try by restarting the FireStick from the server, also disconnected the Ethernet signal for around 60 seconds to refresh the network.
