Loading Issues on Roku? Help Us Investigate!

Hi everyone! We want to thank you all for your patience as we worked on a fix.
 

There has been a new update released (3.30.3320104) for the DIRECTV STREAM app on Roku, so make sure you're app has been fully updated as this will fix the loading issues.

 

If they persist even after updating the app, let us know and we can take a look at what's going on!

The posts I've seen here seem to affect Roku Ultra folks. I have a Roku Ultra but have not experienced this issue, at least not yet. Maybe it's a specific software update issue?

I have a Roku Ultra 4802 and a Roku 3800X and have not had any problems with either of these devices.  The app version on my Ultra shows v3.30 build 3320103.  Seems stable.

It happens at least once a day on two of our devices (Roku Express 4K+) for about a week or so now. Today it happened for the first time with a Roku streaming stick.

Yes! We have a Roku Ultra 4802X.

software v 11.0.0 build 4193-C2

For the last few days, the only way DirecTV Stream app will load is if I delete and reinstall the app. 

I have CenturyLink 1Gig Fiber

They're collecting information for their software engineers. It's not realistic to expect an immediate response while they're trying to diagnose and fix the issue. Clearly it's not very widespread since many of us with Roku devices, including Roku Ultra, have not had this issue.
