I am located in what is considered an orphan county in Georgia. We are in the Carolinas local television stations market but want to see Atlanta local television stations. Is there a way?

Nope. You will receive what your zip code defines based on it's DMA location. Remember your home locals depend on your billing zip code and IP location of the device at setup.
