Local FOX station problems

Local FOX station in Jackson MS (WBDB-fox 40) has a problem and I don't know if you would call it jitter or stutter but it seems to jump a couple of frames on video and audio. This occurs sometimes pretty regular (2 or 3 times in a row). Also sometimes the video quality is terrible such as a dark screen with many white specs in it. This occurred last Monday night (11/11/24) while watching 911 Lone Star. It is almost impossible to watch programs on this station when this is going on. I'm not sure if the problem lies with Directv Stream or the local station itself. I have emailed the station about this but did not receive a response. Please check into this and try to resolve it soon.
