log in issues

i have 3 TV's in my home connected to my home network and two kids off at school using it there. when i try and log in on my phone or ipad i am told my user and/or password are wrong. i know they are right. i called direct and they couldn't understand either, said i should try and change the password but i didn't because don't want to mess up my kids that i know use it and are having no login issues, heck it works on the tv's here so i know for certain the user and password are good. i saw where it said to go to setting and make sure your laptop or ipad or phone or whatever is connected to your home base by going into settings, but i can't do that if i can't log in. Any ideas? thanks

Perhaps one of the kids has changed your password? If anybody ever selected "Forgot Password", they got a new password.
