Login and Password Reset Issues

All of my devices were signed out. Cannot login with my credentials. Everything is correct but I received an error. I then attempt to change the password and I then receive an error saying there isn't enough information to change the password. Customer service is non existent.

What device are you using? Have the devices worked before? What is the error code and message?
