Low video quality, compression, artifacting while streaming on web browser.
I'm on a hard wired PC getting 235mb/s download speed. Monitor is 2560 x 1440 144mhz
Watching on google chrome version 101.0.4951.54.
Trying to watch the NHL playoffs and the players names are too blurry to read on their jerseys.
It's in HD, but there's so much video noise from whatever compression technology being used it's ruining the picture quality.
Are there some settings I can tweak somewhere? Will the stream box have better video quality on my TV? Still waiting for it to come in the mail. I really don't want to have to go crawling back to spectrum...

Same issues with Microsoft edge. It's like any movement on screen causes some compression artifacts to appear which blur everything.

Most likely an issue with the source video. Live sports are among the most difficult for modern video compression algorithms to process in realtime without those sorts of artifacts.
