Max DIRECTV STREAM Needs You to Sign In Again

Hello,

Have a Max subscription through my Direct Tv plan. Was working just fine last night on living room tv. Went to bedroom tv, opened Max app up, and got caught in a loop where the app was asking me to connect my provider. I would do so, the app would login, and when I went to watch something, it would try to load it for a few seconds, and then prompt me to connect my provider again. Would like support on this issue

Read a couple other posts in the forum. At least temporarily, was able to watch shows again my taking phone off WiFi, scanning QR code on TV, and connecting through DIRECTV STREAM provider. 


NEED HELP?
