Missing local ABC and CW affilliates

I am currently reviewing Directv Stream as a replacement service for Youtube TV and in my local channel lineup you list my ABC affiliate as WVNY and my CW affiliate as WNNE.  However, I when I tune to WVNY you have a display stating that the channel is currently not being offered due to Mission Programming pulling it's programming from Directv.  When I look for the CW affiliate, I do not even see if in the Channel guide.  Can you tell me when these two services will be offered?
