Mouths are not in sync with audio

When I am using my DIRECT TV box and open Netflix I will be watching for 15/20min and next thing I know the mouths are out of sync with the audio and I CANNOT STAND IT. This is unacceptable. And I know 100% it's the DIRECT TV Stream box because when I just use my fire stick instead of this BUNK (Edited per community guidelines) box it doesn't happen so I know it's not my TV. There needs to be a solution for this.

Did u try to restart / reset your box? Strange issue. Never happened with my box.

To get started, we suggest that you check all cables to make sure all are plugged in properly and then restart your box to see if that helps. We also suggest that you check and change the audio setting and audio output settings on on your DIRECTV STREAM device. For additional options you can refer to our troubleshooting guide.
