Move/hide apps on DirecTV Stream device
Is it possible to customize the app screen so that the apps I use most are at the front of the “My Apps” list? Also- can I hide or delete preinstalled apps that I don’t use?

Nope. Little customization available at all with the service.

The last used app will move to the front.
I have not been able to delete pre installed apps.

You can not delete pre-installed apps just like on your phone or tablet.

You can, however, "uninstall updates" on pre-installed apps--in the settings/apps section. The factory default apps take up a ton less space. You also need to turn off auto updates in the play store so they don't update.
