My Directv streaming app is not working on Roku. I can go into it and it just flashes or strobes and won't load.

My Directv streaming app is not working on Roku. I can go into it and it just flashes or strobes and won't load. I have called Directv tech support and noone can help me.

Roku ultra and yes everything else works

Try uninstalling the app and reboot your Roku and then try and reinstall the Directv Streaming App.  Hope this helps.

Issues with the Roku Ultra model has been reported for at least a year plus. Many posts on the device. You might try searching the forum for any appropriate remedies.

When I use the DTV stream app on my Roku Utlra, everytime I change channels, the picture is intially a little fuzzy, then after about 9seconds it clears up and is fine. As soon as I change channels it does the same thing. 

Here's the confusing part, this behavior does not happen when I use an Amazon Fire stick, Apple TV or the DTV Stream App on my Sony TV, only when using a Roku device with the  DTV Stream app. 

I have a TCL ROKU Tv in my back room and it does the same thing. It's not a ROKU setting, because I've adjusted and manipulate every setting on the thing. I have ATT Fiber and every time I run a Speed test I'm at  about 500 with wifi and 98 via ethernet (ROKU caps ethernet at 100)

Is there some hidden  menu in the ROKU I can access to make some sort of adjustment that migh help??

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works except not using the ROKU device.
