My internet connection keeps dropping

I have AT&T Fiber for my internet which is supposed to be cat's meow and all that.  However, my DirectTV Streaming service drops the internet connection on a very regular basis (like at least 4 times a week, and sometimes 4 times a day!).  My internet module shows that it is humming along just fine.  What's the deal?????

Is your Directv streaming box far away from your router?  Sometimes when you have a lot of walls or even furniture it can make the signal poor. Have you tried rebooting your modem/router to see if there is any difference in connectivity?

What device are you using to stream? Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If Wi-Fi, try using Ethernet, which is more dependable.
