NBA League Pass availability

Is NBA League Pass available on Directv Stream?  I've read on the forum a couple of customers talking about that they've signed up for it but I don't see where to sign up for it.  Under my packages in the add ons it's not available anywhere.  I signed up for Directv Stream in July so this would be my first time signing up for NBA League Pass thru Directv, are the only customers who see it under their packages people who have auto renewal?
