NBC keeps freezing
The channel NBC keeps freezing "There is a problem with this channel" , to fix we change channles then go back to NBC abd this issue is resoilved. This happens 4-5 times per hour. We use a firestick. Is there a way to fix this issue.

How does the channel respond on another device like a phone or tablet? Have you deleted the cache and data then tried again? Have you reinstalled the app?

Located in Dayton, Ohio.
The issue is on all TV and seems to be only channel NBC

Call that local NBC--chances are, they are having an issue. I had a similar problem with one of my local channels about 6months ago. After a few weeks of them blaming Dtv Stream, an engineer from the tv station contacted me and told me they were doing some work on equipment and had finished. That's when the issue resolved.
