NCAA March Madness streaming limits
We can't have more than two streams simultaneously (one at home, one remote) for the NCAA men's basketball tournament. Is this a restriction based on this event only? If so, it is possible to get a notification from DirectTV when streaming restrictions will be in effect for big sporting events?

The DTV Stream streaming Policy or allowances are:
Unlimited amount of streaming devices at home at the same time and only three concurrent devices at a time away from home.

Unlimited at home and 3 away from home is the general allowance. There are, however, network exclusions. This is from the Direct TV site:
Network exclusions
Some networks only allow you to have three streams at the same time. This includes both watching in your home or on the go. These networks include:
The problem I am encountering is two streams maximum concurrently for March Madness - one at home and one away from home. (I have not tested any other configuration.) I want to know if this is a network exclusion or if I am experiencing a technical glitch.

Do you have other devices active that have not been exited? The streaming policy limits are defined here

All are other devices are not active and have been exited. I spoke with customer service and she told me just to assume the "owner" (meaning the network or event owner) has imposed a limit on streams. Is anyone else experiencing this problem with the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, aka March Madness?

Are you using the app or just watching channels thru the service?
