New channels are not showing up

I recently upgraded my package from Choice to Ultimate, but I'm not able to access any of the new channels. Is there something I need to do to get them to show up? When can I expect to see them?

My account on DirectTV Stream shows I have Choice, but when I go to manage account, it shows Ultimate.

I just got this problem resolved. I called technical support and they had to re-synchronize my account to get the ultimate package to propagate to my devices.

Which device? If it's the Directv Stream box, restart it. If it's an app, try signing out and signing back in.

Both of the directv stream box and streaming apps are having this issue. The exception is that when I look at my account information on the stream box, it shows that I have the ultimate package, but won't let me access the additional channels. On the streaming app, it says I have choice and I can't access the additional channels.

I have tried signing out of both the stream box and the app. I factory reset the stream box, I deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to make the new channels viewable and visible on the guide.
