New guide not showing channel logos except after a restart of my FireStick

Love the new guide, but I keep having to restart my FireStick to see the Channel name/logo each time.  When I restart, I can see the channel name/logo, but if I leave and come back they are gone again.

FireTV Stick 4K

Fire OS 6.2.8.7

Seeing this behavior on 2 devices so far.  Have not tried the third.

Tried all those things before posting.  Those are pretty much the standard things you do to troubleshoot any device or application.  It works for the first time into the app, then when you exit and come back, no logos.  I should not be as disappointed as I am, as since you went from the AT&T TV app to DirecTV Stream app there have been all kinds of bugs.  I am a software QA engineer, and I would be ashamed to admit I tested this app before release.  Simple functions just did not work correctly, and features that worked great in the AT&T TV app have been buggy in the DirecTV Stream app.

Error is still there. I have restarted my Firestick multiple times. I have uninstalled the Directv Stream app and reinstalled as well. The channel icons show up the first time but when you exit the app and go back in......boom. Just a bunch of empty hearts. Almost like how your software team work...with no love. Get it together please. this is a little bit annoying for us A-Z people.

Me too. I have to force stop or clear cache to get it back. I have tried everything but doent last! It was fine before update!
