What box? Do you have DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV satellite? How are you currently connected to the Internet? Are other devices able to access the internet reliably? Has this been an issue in the past?
DirectTV Stream and this is a constant problem. I have done several complete resets and signed out and back in to the internet and never any better. I'm connected wifi and have good service. When it shows up no connection I test and get 400-500 speed. Running the test does nothing and I have to push reset button. All this time other TVs are ok.

While I can't say it happens a lot, I have seen the device lose the WiFi connection and require a power cycle or reset (or maybe a network restart?) to get it to come back. It is irritating, but as I said it doesn't happen to me very often (every few weeks?). I don't know why it happens to me, and certainly no clue as to why you are seeing it frequently. It is possibly related to not recovering properly from WiFi errors, but that is purely a guess.
