No local channels on Roku TV app - DirecTV Streaming service, but it works on iphone

Local channels do not show up in the DirecTV Streaming app guide on all 3 of my Roku TV's.  They do show up on my iPhone DirecTV App.  I called Tech Support 2 times.  Their recommendation was to send my Genie sticks instead of using the Roku TV App.  UNNACCEPTABLE!!!  I want the app to work!

They had me do all the usual troubleshooting stuff, to no avail:

Delete & reinstall DirecTV app - 5 times

Change Password - DON'T EVER ACCEPT THIS, IT SCREWS UP A LOT OF OTHER STUFF!!

Reset my Location

Reboot my TV - 7 times

Log out of App & log back in - 2 times

and a few other worthless & meaningless steps that did not solve the problem.

Anyone ever have this issue, if so what was the fix?

Did you restart your internet modem/router?

Iif it works on your phone, that indicates your ISP has changed your IP address of your modem thus the service thinks you are not located at your home network.

Who is your ISP provider?

I am using Starlink & I am physically located waaay out in the countryside.  My physical address is about 60 miles north of Dallas, in the Sherman, TX area.  The way Starlink works, is it beams the signal to the closest POP, and your IP address will appear to come out of that location (Dallas in this specific case), even though I am not physically in Dallas.  Sherman, TX has 5 locally broadcast TV stations (10-NBC, 11-ABC, 12-CBS, 13-FOX, 65--PBS) that I want to watch, not Dallas TV stations, they have different channel #'s.  My billing address on file is also my physical address (near Sherman).

Local stations were working on all 3 TV''s until about a month ago, then one of them did not display them any more.  The other 2 worked until yesterday when I called Tech Support & they had me change my password.  Now it is broken on all 3 TV's.

Additionally, my service is in a Motorhome & DirecTV is fully aware of that as well.  When I bought the service they said that was no problem, I can drive anywhere in the USA & all will work as long as I get a good Internet connection via any method or any provider, but I will always get my local (billing address) TV stations - in addition to all the other subscribed channels.  Meaning I will not get local stations that are near where I travel to.  I'm OK with that, I understand the rules & restrictions about locally broadcast TV channels & how your service must be bound to a single TV market.

Oh, also want to add that my phone is using the Starlink as well.  It would seem the phone app is less sensitive to IP location than the Roku app.

It's not my service! Since you understand the rules, then you know the conflict that ISP's like Starlink cause for streaming services.
