We have the same issue- chatted with customer service with no resolution. Sound on all other channels but sports channels, Bally sports is the only one we care about. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck either.
Many issues have been reported, for all different types of problems, with the Samsung TV app. It appears to be very buggy. We stopped using it and got a Fire Stick.

yes, lots of people reporting this problem (amongst many others)with the samsung app.
