Not allowing streaming on two devices at same time

I have been using this since it was ATTNow. My plan allows for two simultaneous streams, however since the change over to Direct Stream, I am limited to one. I constantly get an error message that another device is streaming. My primary device is Roku and while I do have three TV's rarely is more than one on at a time. However if a Roku device is streaming, then both web browser and/or android app give me that error. I occasionally get the same error when the Roku is not even on.

Hi @Tubeman, thanks for contacting us regarding your concurrent streams.

Most customers can enjoy DIRECTV STREAM on all of their compatible devices, and it is needed to make sure all of them, included your Roku, are connected to the same home network at the same time.

If not sure if your device is connected to your home network, please check the steps listed in this article.

Please let me know how it goes.
