On demand programs end too early
When I watch on demand programs they stop about one minute early causing me to miss the endings. I am using the direct tv stream box. I have reset the box and still has the same problem.

I'll be more than happy to help you with some troubleshooting options:
First I recommend to check your internet connection by following these steps:
Press the dash (-) button on the remote.
If you see Not Connected, perform the following:
using the remote:
go to Menu > Settings & Help > Settings > Internet and select Reconnect Internet.
Also, restarting your gateway or router can fix many streaming issues. Just follow these steps:
Shut down your mobile device or TV device
Unplug your gateway or router from its power source >
Wait for at least 30 seconds
Plug in your gateway or router and wait for it to power up Turn on your mobile device or TV device and restart DIRECTV STREAM.
