On Demand shows cutting off ending
Trying to snag a show in the on demand area, when it plays it cuts off the ending and moves onto the next episode. I am using firestick on smart Tv--not a tablet or phone. I have done this:
- Check for app updates in your app store. If an update is available, install it and restart your device.
- Check for device software updates and install.
- Close and restart the DIRECTV STREAM app.
- Reboot your phone or tablet.
- Uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV STREAM app.
I tried on my laptop. If I click the episode icon with the play arrow then, it gives me a blank teal screen with a back arrow in the upper left corner.

Fixed it on the Tv by taking off the next episode autoplay in the settings.
