I had satellite for almost 30 years, I could watch later or view now. My wife said I searched and wasn’t on demand. I just tried to find The View on On Demand and couldn’t.

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘record’. Are you trying to record an on-demand program? Do you have DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV satellite?
