One of the worst interfaces I have ever used. Sound and video

Your interface on Roku is Terrible sound keeps dropping out and black screen. Your fixed don't work as problems reoccur. How about a team to correct the defects in your product, instead of telling people to pull this push that etc. Your venture into streaming is not going well for the end user.

This is a known issue going on with Directv Streams App on Roku, and from what I understand they are working to correct this problem but that sometimes takes a while to weed out what is causing the problem.

Sounds like you may have an Internet problem, which is the cause for most drop out issues. People think because they have a high speed Internet it is that speed everywhere in their system, but that isn't the case. When using wifi there are a lot of issues that can occur in you network, and it may not be a problem with your device or the app you are using. Do some testing of your Internet system connection and speed, at your device, and eliminate that before you claim there is an issue with the app.
