Pause stream on PC?

Pausing from where? Live, On-demand, or DVR?

I am watching an NFL game on my PC

Just checked. Working fine for me. I can pause, fast-forward to live, change channel, etc. No difference with Edge or Chrome browsers.

Move the cursor over the stream and the controls will appear.

No dice.  I’ve dragged my mouse all over the screen and nothing shows up. 

What web browser are you using?

The controls appear and disappear quickly with no action.

Yeah.  I don’t get any of that.   

I even switched browsers.  Still nothing.  

I appreciate y’all trying to help. 

Have you tried rebooting your PC?

Doing that now. 

Reboot complete.  Still only getting this, control-wise.
