Picture distortion
We have direct tv streaming and are having trouble with distortion on local tv especially fox.
re booted router, and box no different. Internet speed above 250. Other channels work fine as does Netflix, and big ten plus. Contacted customer support and no help. Thanks

Please define "distortion". If it's just that channel then it's likely an issue with their feed to DirecTV. You might try contacting the station directly.

You can have a high Internet speed service, but you have to take into consideration that once converted to wifi, every time you pass though a wall or door you loose some of that signal. Also your devices that are further away from your router will have less signal.
If you are using wifi, not Ethernet, and haven't already done it, install a wifi speed tester app like Analiti on your device, and see what your actual speed is at the device. If it is low you might consider adding a wifi extender, near the device that is giving you the problem.
