Picture is fuzzy

Trying to watch tv and the picture can’t be made out it’s so terrible. Worked fine the first week we got it on a couple tvs but sucked one one now on all of them. This is the second week I’ve had streaming.

What device are you using? What troubleshooting steps have you done? WiFi or  Ethernet?

My Samsung tv streaming 

rebooted the internet 

turned everything off/on

still unwatchable

It is wireless. And rebooted it

If you are using the Samsung app for the Smart TV then that is your problem. The app is defective and very buggy. 100's of posts on the app and the Samsung TV. The app has always been inferior. No fixes available and probably want be. You need to use an external streaming device.
