Problem accessing Bally Sports

The DirecTv app is also not letting me watch programs on Bally Sports.  I see the channel on the guide, but when I select the program, a screen appears that only offers me the opportunity to restart the program or record.

is this something you are aware of and working on fixing? My zip code is 55044.

I am having this same issue. Zip code 28785

What device are you using? I just checked my Bally Sports South from the guide and its working with no issues.

@Pullingthegoalie1  and @aaustin912 it sounds like it could be a device issue what devices are you using to stream your Directv service?  I am not having any issues with my Bally Sports.  But I am using a Directv Gemini devices to stream.   

I am also having issues watching Bally Sports zip code 54644.

Able to watch using our main receiver box but not able to watch on a different tv, same house using the app

Mobile devices are fine. Bally is working on my phone, tablet, PC, and Chromebook.

I'm having the same issues. My zip code is 63366. Unable to watch Ballysports Midwest. It shows 3 different Ballysports but I'm unable to watch the Cardinals games. It just started doing this the last 2 weeks. 

What do you mean "unable to watch Cardinals game"? Any errors or messages? Is the game listed on the guide? What device? Who is your internet provider? Does it work on a mobile device?

When I click to watch the game I only get the options to Restart or See More. I haven't had this issue until a little over a week ago. I have directv but use directv stream when camping and on my phone when not at home and now I'm unable to watch the only program I care to watch.

Also instead of just 2 Ballysports options there are now three channels for 671 and 2 show the same thing and the 3rd is supposed to have the St. Louis Cardinals game and it never let's me watch the game anymore. I have to use the really crappy Ballysports app now which crashes a ton.
