Problem with directv stream Gemini air remote
Just completed my transition from satellite to stream with Gemini air. Really like the new service. Have three TVs connected and all seemed to be working well BUT - on the first tv (the longest one I’ve been using Gemini air on) the remote is acting up. Choosing guide, list, home jump 30, reverse 15, fast forward, one/off all work perfectly. BUT once a new menu is up (say guide or recorded list, the up/down buttons don’t respond quickly. When I press down to begin scrolling it sticks for 10 or 15 seconds and the blue lights come on after flashing. It takes forever to do anything in guide or even home screens. This is really frustrating. It seems to be limited to one tv only and it worked fine for about 10 days. Can anyone tell me what’s going on and how to fix thus.

From what you are describing it sounds to me like your remote batteries are low. Try replacing them and see if that helps with your issue. Using good quality batteries is also important the cheap batteries do not seem to work well with the remotes either as they drain really fast. Hope this helps!

Had a great session with tech help and they troubleshot it and are sending a new air and remote,
