This seems to be impossible, which is really annoying. Also, the pre-installed apps can't be deleted. So I have to wade through a forest of apps I may not care about to find the ones I want to use. Pretty sorry interface.

There are no customization for the apps. They are as they are. Most devices have pre-installed apps on their devices, and they can not be deleted.
