Recorded show playback gets "Network error" then restarts at beginning of recording.
When watching recorded shows, very often we will get some sort of "Network Error", then the show restarts from the beginning of the recording. It is very frustrating. I have Starlink at home and when travelling. The only difference is my home system is in "Residential Mode" and my RV system is in "Roam Mode" . I don't remember ever having the issue at home, but have it almost every time we watch a recorded show while in our RV. Home is using Roku, RV is using Firestick. I don't have a Roku stick to test in the RV.
What can I do to resolve this problem?
Note: I have gone thru this issue with your on-line chat and gone thru all the canned solutions (update firestick, update apps, free up space on firestick, re-boot everything).
